I'm Carol Cervantes, I graduated in Journalism & Social Communication and post-graduated in Media Images and Cultures at UFMG. The art of photography has always been a passion for me since I was very young, even before I went to college. I remember taking my parents analog camera and taking portraits of my sister at school. It was in photography that I discovered what I wanted to do every day of my life. I studied at Escola de Imagem in Belo Horizonte and for five years I photographed many families and their special moments. But I still didn't feel complete, I knew that photography still had something bigger for me, something that really made me feel a purpose and live photography. Something that felt, "This is it!" I've been dating food photography for some time. I did some photo shootings, until one day I found myself taking a specialization course in food photography and then everything opened up in front of me. Amazing! It's amazing to be able to show the ingredients, the colors, textures, almost being able to taste and smell them. And the main thing, being able to arouse feelings in people. On this journey, I have photographed for several companies from Minas Gerais, Brazil, such as Vila Arabe, Empório Grão, Instituto Mindfulness & Cia, I love Cats, Meu Bem te Vi, Coffeelook, Laura Fahel Design, Revista Encontro, Grupo BMG, Empório Arabe D'Hana, Mais que Chupe in addition to several coverage of events and weddings in Brazil and abroad (France).
